Who we are

Our website address is: https://oceanswardrobe.xen.co.za.  We are a manufacturer of swimwear for children teens and  mature women.  The only information held by our 3d server is your order details. Payment, it’s method  and other private details are used, at checkout then deleted from our server once your order payment has been confirmed with Payfast

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Analytics

Who we share your data with. 

Google analytics stores date that pertains to site visits , country , link back, etc.  As far as we are aware Google does not collect data from our site relating your behaviour , search habits etc. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained for 14 days before deletion. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data:

To ensure your complete safety from data mining when visiting our site we employ  Google’s level 3 Captcha,  as well as Brute force attack prevention on all  pages. These run in the background ensuring that you have a safe visit and purchase from data miners and other malware Bots. https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/v3

Payments 

After your order has been placed in our shopping cart. At check out you are given three options of payment . Debit and credit card processed by https://netcash.co.za  an internationally approved 3DS cardholder encrypted for all card users. PLEASE NOTE:  For your protection we suggest you, when asked use the Master card, Visa approved #D secure registration then click  – back to continue purchase.  This protects you from ant fraudulent activity wherever you buy on the net. If you do not use your banks OPT protection 3DS will do it for you. Done once and you will never need to do so again until your card expires.  

 The second option is that of EFT where you deposit money directly into our bank account or cash deposit made at an ATM or Bank teller.  We no longer accept wire or other transfers such as letters of credit,  except SWIFT a wire transfer system used by all Internationally registered banks. 

What data breach procedures we have in place: 

To prevent any data breach your order information is kept on an encrypted server separate from the domain and accessed through Xen admin only. 

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Our Xen servers do not collect , store , Profile, Auto set  or otherwise aromatically store your information  other than that outlined above to facilitate your order  .
