To avoid unnecessary stress this page must be read in conjunction with our WARRANTY and SALES CONDITIONS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you arefund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your purchase has left the factory under instruction by self as indicated at the time of purchase or acceptance of quote from Xen swimwear, or Oceans Wardrobe’s responsibility ends. We shall not be held responsible for any damages to the product whilst in transit, including theft , as well as any damage caused by delays in the product reaching you.
We do not accept return products that are of an intimate nature such as lingerie or swimwear that are custom cut items or made to physical measurements provided by the purchaser, worn by the customers or used in anyway. The aforementioned is covered by manufacturing defects policy .please see WARRANTY
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If we are unable to fulfil your order in anyway you qualify for a full refund. You will be informed by SMS, Whhatsapp or email of such event allowing you first option the chose a different style or colour. If such offer fails you shall if your account is within South Africa be refunded within 24 hours. If outside South Africa it takes the gateway up to 48 hours to return funds.
Refunds are only entertained if gross negligent workmanship is found. If the product supplied is not the colour ordered from the website or not the size ordered. Order correctly executed in size and colour but the customer ordered the wrong size or style swimwear/ lingerie is not refundable or qualifies for swap for an alternative style. In such cases it may be best to Whatsapp to your fitting advisor for advice.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are grossly defective, damaged, or damaged during packaging at factory If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Xen swimwear Administration 3 Quilter place Woodlands Durban ZA 4061.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
